FOR A NEW AGE
We create technology for the improvement of lives, the preservation of the environment, and the advancement of humankind.
The twenty-first century has provided humankind with unparalleled opportunities. Simultaneously, we shoulder new responsibilities. At Blackrose, we are responsible for growing our opportunities in a sustainable, ecologically friendly way. Our partnership has made a commitment to developing ecologically responsible biotechnology, and we are beginning to explore an emerging facet of the plastic waste management industry.
Research has found the fungus Aspergillus Tubingensis to have a degrading effect on polymeric materials, enabling the reduction of environmental pollution and health hazards. Through various previous tests, scientists have observed the biodegradation of polyester polyurethane (PU) and its total degradation in a relatively short period of time. These tests have proposed A. Tubingensis to be a leading factor towards solving the issue of PU wastes in the environment. Click "Learn More" to read about our own research.
